The common method of industrial anticorrosion treatment is electro-galvanizing. This process of using the principle of electrochemical corrosion to anti-corrosion treatment of steel base parts has been very mature. Common galvanizing treatments are divided into hot-dip galvanizing, mechanical galvanizing and reaching Cromet process treatment. Then we should be very familiar with the first two, but you may not know much about the anti-corrosion treatment method of Dacromet process. Let's take a look at the preparatory work before coating.

Pretreatment is the preparatory process before painting, which plays an important role in improving the decorative and protective functions of the coating. In large-scale automated assembly lines, for various process requirements of different workpieces, dipping, spraying or spraying are generally used. There are three different pretreatment forms of immersion and combination. The immersion type is to immerse the workpiece in the solution and chemically treat the workpiece. The spray type is to perform chemical and mechanical scouring on the sprayed surface of the workpiece. The combination of the two characteristics is suitable for complex workpieces with coating requirements on both internal and external surfaces.

The main process of pretreatment: degreasing---water washing---surface adjustment---phosphating---water washing---pure water washing.

The above introduction is not only applicable to Dacromet process anticorrosion treatment, but also to other anticorrosion treatments such as Megali. If you are interested, you may wish to pay attention to our next article.
